The original box got wet so there are a few small spots of oxidation on the plumbing kit but otherwise it is in excellent shape cosmetically. This is for the exact plumbing kit shown. I do not have the original box but all parts from are included - foam insulation cover, pipe fittings, watts valve, handles and gauge.
