Comes with original instruction sheet as received from supplier. Hydrostat 3250-PLUS oil boiler control w/temperature limit, low water cut-off reset. It was installed for all of 3-4 hrs at which time I removed it and reinstalled the old Honeywell controller. I installed it on my Lennon oil boiler hoping to solve a problematic control issue, but did not help.
